After SmartLipo+ 4D High Definition treatment you can drive, and from the following day you can return to your daily activities. For the first few days after the procedure, for approximately 2 weeks, it is recommended to avoid exercise and intense physical activity, hot baths and saunas.

In the days following your session, it is important for recovery to drink plenty of water — approximately 1.5–2 litres daily. Also ensure your diet is rich in lean proteins, fruit and vegetables.

For better recovery and more visible results, it is recommended to have massage or Cavitation RF treatment on the area of the procedure for a period of 1–2 months. This will enhance the sculpting effect and help eliminate any fluid retention.
